Qualifikationen

• Experience within an accountancy practice is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage client onboarding and CRM workflows.
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.

Aufgaben

• Manage onboarding for new clients and coordinate engagement letters.
• Chase information from clients and maintain accurate records.
• Support use and maintenance of Engager, TaxCalc and PM systems.
• Monitor progress and update workflows as work is completed.
• Assist with client communications and enquiries.
• Support offboarding and professional clearance processes.
• Ensure client records and systems stay up to date.
• Facilitate smooth transfer of information to new advisers.
