Job summary

World Vision UK is seeking a Senior Church Partnerships Manager to lead relationships with church leaders across the UK, driving fundraising and engagement through face-to-face, online and telephone outreach.

This permanent, full-time role (homeworking) focuses on inspiring churches and individuals to support World Vision’s life-changing work, while meeting annual targets and representing the charity at events. Travel and Sundays commitments apply.

Qualifications

• Experience building partnerships with churches and faith-based groups.
• Proven fundraising and donor stewardship skills.
• Excellent relationship management and communication abilities.
• Ability to work across multiple channels (in person, online, phone).

Responsibilities

• Fundraise through donor acquisition and church income.
• Lead on building partnerships with church leaders to grow support.
• Develop tailored outreach plans using campaigns and resources.
• Represent World Vision UK at Christian events and speaking engagements.
• Ensure data quality in CRM and accurate income reporting.
• Coach colleagues in donor care and church engagement.
• Travel and Sundays engagements as required (approx. 18 Sundays/year).
