Qualifications

• NMC registration as a nurse required.
• HCPC registration as a clinician (SLT/OT/Arts/psych) required.
• Social Work England registration required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality neurodevelopmental assessments for children with suspected autism or ADHD.
• Carry out assessments as part of a multidisciplinary team, in line with NICE guidance.
• Use AI tools to gather information from families and support documentation.
• Act in line with the Safeguarding Policy, including risk assessments where necessary.
• Present findings in a client-centred way, covering strengths and needs.
• Keep up to date with mandatory training, CPD and professional registration requirements.
• Share ideas for improving Paloma's software tools to keep assessments high-quality and safe.
• Manage caseload, appointments and administration within a weekly timetable.
