Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones.
• Handle internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.
• Organize and track key initiatives to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Schedule and document leadership and cross-functional meetings.
• Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal departments.
