This fully remote, full-time role involves working closely with patients and healthcare providers to facilitate communication, manage appointments, and provide support to enhance the overall patient experience. Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary remote point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and providing information regarding services and care options.
  • Coordinate and schedule virtual patient appointments, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate electronic patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualised care plans.
  • Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist patients in navigating the healthcare system, including understanding processes related to referrals and available community resources.
  • Provide administrative support in a virtual environment, including managing correspondence and maintaining digital records.
