Job summary

A leading housing provider is seeking a Building Surveyor to join their Damp and Mould team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This position is home-based but requires travel to various locations, particularly around Bristol and Gloucester. Competitive salary of £45,000 per annum is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum HNC level or equivalent in construction, housing, or property.
• Experience in diagnosing damp and mould issues.
• Proven experience in delivering maintenance services.
