Qualifications

• Experience in commercial or bridging finance is essential.
• Experience packaging and submitting commercial/bridging finance applications.
• Strong IT skills with CRM and MS Office.
• Excellent communication with clients and third parties.
• Good understanding of FCA regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial and bridging finance applications from enquiry to completion.
• Request, review and chase documentation to progress applications.
• Support advisers with packaging and submission of cases.
• Liaise with lenders, clients, solicitors, valuers and third parties.
• Ensure applications are packaged and submitted per lender criteria.
• Manage milestones, deadlines and outstanding requirements across cases.
• Resolve queries and obtain updates from lenders and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and daily task progress.
• Build strong relationships with clients and introducers.
