Job summary

Mindrift is seeking a highly skilled Brand Designer to join the Tendem project on a part-time, remote basis. You will develop foundational brand assets, visual identities, and scalable systems to ensure cohesive brand experiences across digital and print formats.

You will act as the brand architect, modernizing aesthetics and enforcing brand consistency across materials using Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Figma. Expect 10–20 hours per week with pay up to $50/hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Portfolio focused on brand identity, logos, and guidelines.
• Experience translating branding across digital and print media.
• Strategic, detail-oriented approach with independent work capability.
• English proficiency: Upper-intermediate (B2) or above.

Responsibilities

• Develop foundational brand assets including logos and identities.
• Create variations of core brand elements and organize assets.
• Gatekeeper for brand consistency across materials (decks, social kits).
• Build scalable visual systems aligned with modern design standards.
• Ensure brand aesthetics translate across digital and print formats.
