Job summary

Softechub is seeking a fully remote independent contractor to perform frontier AI biology evaluation tasks, on projects at the bench and in data.

You will design tasks from your own experience, grade model outputs, and write rubrics to capture where the model errs. Expect at least 10 hours per week, paid hourly at $40–$125 USD.

Candidates should be comfortable working across the United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada or Australia time zones.

Qualifications

• Independent contractor role, remote and project-based.
• Experience in biology and data analysis to support frontier AI evaluation.
• Ability to design tasks and grade model outputs with clear rubrics.

Responsibilities

• Write tasks based on your experience and grade where the model gets it wrong.
• Evaluate frontier AI performance on bench biology and related data.
• Create and maintain rubric criteria for assessment.
