Job summary

Ryanair Engineering is recruiting a Technical Representative to oversee Base Maintenance inputs for the 737NG/MAX and A320 fleets. The role involves liaising between the MRO and Ryanair functions, ensuring compliance with EASA standards, managing resources, and delivering maintenance within budget and schedule.

The ideal candidate holds an EASA Part 66 B1/B2 license (or equivalent) with Boeing/Airbus type ratings and has airline/MRO base maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in airline engineering or MRO with EASA Part CAMO/Part 145
• Type-rated on Boeing 737NG/MAX and/or Airbus A320 aircraft
• Ability to manage base maintenance inputs and cost control
• Willingness to spend significant time at UK/European locations and away from base

Responsibilities

• Verify planning and technical services produce complete work packages
• Lead pre-input readiness reviews with stakeholders
• Maintain oversight of MRO compliance with Ryanair requirements
• Act as technical liaison between MRO and Ryanair functions
• Provide technical support and guidance to MRO personnel
• Lead and coordinate on-site Ryanair team and resources
• Monitor maintenance progress and optimise resources
• Manage defects, delays, and AOG events to return to service
• Oversee cost control and approval of additional work
• Attend meetings and report delivery against plan
