As an OpenClaw Agent Builder, you will write eval rubrics, debug traces, and stress test agents. Most experts work 5–10 hrs/week, up to 40 hours, with payments via ACH, PayPal and other methods.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Experience building production-grade software with modular services for data parsing, logic, and reporting.
• Experience delivering in live environments with multi-turn system interactions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to give clear, high-density technical feedback on complex behaviors.
• Nice to have: multi-stage coordination tasks with data acquisition.
