Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience building production-grade software, debugging complex agent traces, and stress testing systems in live environments.

Formación

• 2+ years of backend engineering or AI automation experience.
• Proven ability to build production-grade software with modular components.
• Experience integrating live systems and multi-turn interactions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to give technical feedback.

Responsabilidades

• Write eval rubrics for agent evaluation.
• Debug agent traces and performance issues.
• Stress test agents under realistic workloads.
