Job Title: Remote B2C Sales Representative - Tech Bootcamp (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $1,500 - 1,750 USD/month base (depending on experience) + uncapped commissions (OTE up to 8k/mo)

Available Schedules:
  • Option 1:9 AM - 6 PM EST Thursday - Monday
  • Option 2:9 AM - 6 PM EST Friday - Tuesday
  • Option 3:9 AM - 6 PM EST Saturday - Wednesday
  • Option 4: 9 AM - 6 PM EST Sunday, 11 AM - 8 PM EST Monday - Thursday

We've partnered with our client to find exceptional Account Executives for their expanding US B2C sales organization. This critical role will work directly with US consumers, collaborating extensively with established Sales and Marketing teams to manage the entire sales cycle from initial prospecting to deal closure.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate as a full cycle sales person, qualifying leads all the way to closing the sale and taking payment information
  • Present and articulate the company's value proposition, product features and benefits, product direction, and product solutions to customers
  • Work closely with sales managers to close deals, and consistently meet or exceeding quotas
  • Work closely with the marketing teams to improve the sales pipeline and contribute analysis on wins/losses
  • Maintain accurate documentation of leads worked and the success of leads converted into opportunities using HubSpot
  • Bring a unique element to the team that promotes teamwork, strategy, hustle, and excitement
Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies:
  • 1-3 years of B2C sales experience in commission rewarded environments. Preferred industry backgrounds include insurance, real estate, high end retail (phones, tablets, computers, etc), and similar. Experience with selling into the US market is a plus.
  • Demonstrated record of hitting sales and activity quota consistently in previous role
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
  • Ability to build rapport with leads
  • Sharp business acumen, prior experience using HubSpot CRM preferred
  • Passionate about helping individuals better themselves and their careers
  • Excellent team member who puts the mission above themselves (is focused more on “getting things right” rather than having to “be right”)
