Job summary

NTT DATA UK is seeking an Automation Test Engineer to deliver Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions for a public sector client, extended with Power Pages, Power Automate and related Azure components. The role focuses on developing and maintaining automated test suites, using Selenium, Playwright and Cypress in a C# environment, and integrating testing into Azure DevOps pipelines.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Agile delivery environments with collaboration across developers, BAs and testers.
Hands-on test automation using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress or similar, with C# programming experience.
Knowledge of BDD practices and tools such as Spec Flow or Cucumber.
Experience designing, developing, executing, and maintaining automated test suites for enterprise apps like Dynamics 365/CRM.
Strong understanding of functional, regression, smoke, exploratory, and integration testing.
Experience using Azure DevOps for test management, CI/CD pipelines and defect tracking.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with delivery teams and stakeholders to define test scope and quality expectations.
Design, develop, maintain, and execute automated and exploratory tests across Dynamics 365, Power Pages, and Azure-integrated solutions.
Build and maintain automation frameworks and test suites.
Integrate automated testing into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and feedback.
Investigate test failures, manage defects and communicate quality risks and release readiness.
Contribute to test strategy, automation improvements, and quality reporting.
