Qualifications

• 1+ year’s experience in a consultancy or relevant role (including placements/internships).
• Willingness to travel for site work across the South/South East.
• Motivation to progress toward MRICS qualification.

Responsibilities

• Support senior surveyors in delivering a broad mix of professional and project work.
• Involvement in building surveys, defect analysis, and contract administration.
• Engage in continuous professional development toward MRICS qualification.
