Pearson is looking for an Apprenticeship Coach for the Radio Network Technician apprenticeship. The role is predominantly home-based, supporting UK apprentices with Bovington engagement. You will coach, assess and mentor learners, delivering personalised learning journeys and ongoing progress reviews.

Experience in radio networks or military communications is essential, with the potential to develop coaching qualifications and related skills through training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong radio communications expertise.
• Experience in military/defense communications environments.
• Willingness to develop coaching/assessment skills if not qualified.

Responsibilities

• Deliver initial assessments and create personalised learning journeys.
• Coach and mentor apprentices to develop knowledge, skills and behaviours for completion.
• Provide timely, constructive feedback to support learner progress.
