A leading educational organization is seeking an Apprenticeship Skills Coach to manage apprentices and ensure compliance with their apprenticeship standards. This role includes guiding apprentices through their programs, supporting employers with their responsibilities, and contributing to quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for education. The position is home-based on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned cohorts, supporting apprentices to achieve their programme.
• Plan and lead regular progress review meetings with apprentices.
• Guide apprentices in applying and evidencing KSBs in the workplace.
• Support apprentices and employers in using e-portfolio systems.
• Provide feedback and coaching where apprentices are not meeting standards.
