Qualifications

• Experience coaching apprentices within a UK‑based training provider.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of apprentices, delivering personalised 1:1 coaching.
• Assess project work, assignments, and portfolios through feedback.
• Conduct regular progress reviews and set clear measurable goals.
