• Experience as an Application Engineer or similar role in packaging.
• Experience with flexible packaging, especially meat shrink films or bags.
• Confident communicator with strong customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Become a technical expert for major food manufacturers across Europe.
• Influence packaging innovation and product development.
• Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Product Management and Technical Service.
• Support customers and troubleshoot packaging applications.
• Travel across the UK and Europe as needed.
