Qualifications

• Experience in air conditioning and refrigeration installation and maintenance.
• Ability to undertake planned and reactive maintenance as necessary.
• Familiarity with building regulations and health & safety obligations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct planned and reactive maintenance at client sites.
• Assist with quotations and produce technical reports.
• Participate in a 24-hour call-out rota.
