You'll work on training and evaluating multi-step agent workflows, collaborating with AI teams to improve system reliability. Prior backend and AI automation experience is valued for production-grade task execution.

Formación

• 2+ years of backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Experience building production-grade software with modular separation.
• Experience with live environments and multi-turn system interactions.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to provide clear, high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
• Nice to have: memory/session management and privacy considerations.
