Job summary

Planet Pharma is seeking an AI Trainer - Healthcare Operations to evaluate and improve AI-generated healthcare administration outputs. The role is fully remote, requires 30–40 hours per week, and spans a 12-week engagement.

You will review coding, billing, payer operations, and HIM processes and provide detailed feedback to train AI models. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and solid healthcare operations experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in healthcare operations, reimbursement, coding, billing or HIM.
• Coding certifications advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated responses related to healthcare operations and administrative processes.
• Review content covering medical coding, revenue cycle management, billing, claims processing, utilization management, prior authorization, HIM, payer operations, and compliance.
• Assess accuracy, completeness, and practicality of AI outputs.
• Provide written feedback and rationale for evaluation decisions.
• Create and refine expert-level content used to train AI models.
• Work independently with quality and productivity expectations.
