Job summary

Randstad is seeking an AI Privacy Risk Consultant to join an expert SME POD. This hands-on role operates in the grey space, translating AI privacy risks into actionable terms for stakeholders across the organisation.

Key duties include risk triage, data-flow mapping, and governance design for 26 live global projects. Remote with occasional travel to London; initial contract length 6–12 months, with potential extensions.

Qualifications

• Deep experience in AI risk, privacy, and controls within large-scale, enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to work in agile consultancy settings and handle unpredictable, unknowns.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex privacy and AI concepts to executives.
• Experience with healthcare/Life Sciences or related industries is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the pre-blueprint triage phase to evaluate 26 live project candidates for global rollout.
• Lead data inventories, end-to-end data flow mapping, and model training risk assessments.
• Establish governance and escalation processes tailored to subsidiary requirements.
• Enable stakeholders by translating technical risks into clear business terms for operations and C‑suite.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary SME POD to solve undefined problems and implement pragmatic controls.
