QuantumLoopAI is seeking an AI/ML & Prompt Engineer to own the intelligence behind EMMA, our AI-powered reception system. You will design, build and optimise LLM and prompt architectures powering chatbot, voice agent and telephony services, across UK business hours.

This hands-on role requires shipping projects, mentoring peers, and advancing MLOps. You will work remotely from India, aligning to GMT/BST, and collaborate with UK-based teams to deliver patient-centric AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable hands-on experience with prompt engineering, LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, Mistral), RAG frameworks, and voice-agent design.
• Advanced proficiency in Python for ML/AI development.
• Experience building APIs in NestJS and frontend integration with Next.js/React.

Responsabilités

• Architect and deploy LLM- and RAG-based systems powering chatbot and voice agent interactions.
• Design, iterate and optimize prompts and dialogue flows for accuracy and safety.
• Collaborate with frontend (Next.js, React) and backend (NestJS, Python) teams to integrate AI components.
• Instrument AI pipelines, analyze logs, troubleshoot, and implement continuous-learning improvements.
• Stay updated on LLMs, RAG, and healthcare compliance standards.
• Define and execute test plans to validate model accuracy and performance.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote MLOps best practices.
