Outlier is an AI training platform offering freelance evaluation work that fits your schedule. You review AI-generated media, roleplay conversations with an AI voice model, and score performance across prompts, visuals, and audio.

The role is remote within the United Kingdom as a freelance/independent contractor. Compensation is hourly with weekly payments and potential bonuses through project incentives; higher rates may be offered for specialized tasks or PhD-level expertise.

Formación

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to look closely at outputs.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and describing realistic situations clearly.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsabilidades

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI models and rank naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images/videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely for issues like distorted visuals, motion or text errors, or audio-video mismatches.
• Write explicit explanations in English detailing what you saw or heard.
