Nutanix, Inc. is seeking a Senior Professional Services engineer in London to design scalable AI/Kubernetes infrastructure on Nutanix HCI platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years designing and implementing infrastructure for data-intensive or AI/Kubernetes workloads.
• Strong expertise in container orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of deployment lifecycle and resource requirements for AI models, including LLM inference.
• Proficiency with IaC tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Experience with GPU acceleration technologies in containerized environments.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
• Excellent client-facing communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, customer-facing environment.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement scalable AI/Kubernetes infrastructure solutions on Nutanix HCI platforms.
• Advise clients on Kubernetes best practices for AI workloads.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure with client initiatives.
• Develop and maintain documentation for configurations and deployment guides.
• Monitor and optimize infrastructure performance for high availability and efficiency.
• Provide guidance on GPU acceleration technologies and integration in AI workflows.
• Engage with clients to troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support for AI/Kubernetes infrastructures.
