Job summary

Outlier AI is seeking detail-oriented individuals to review AI-generated media and rate how well outputs follow prompts. You will roleplay conversations with an AI voice model, compare images and videos, and explain your judgments in writing, all on your own schedule and remotely from the United Kingdom.

This is a freelance / independent contractor opportunity with weekly payments. Rates vary by project and expertise, with potential surge incentives described in the terms.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and thorough review process.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining decisions.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations.
• Ability to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models in English and rank naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, artifacts, or misalignments.
• Rate outputs across dimensions and write explanations in English detailing what you observed.
