Job summary

Tina Lacey Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Skills Coach / Assessor to join our Digital Apprenticeships team, supporting learners on AI and Digital Apprenticeships, including the Level 4 AI Automation Practitioner standard.

You’ll take ownership of learner progress, coaching, assessment and KSB development, helping apprentices apply their technical learning within the workplace and prepare for End Point Assessment.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Apprenticeship Assessor / Skills Coach.
• Experience delivering or assessing Digital Apprenticeships.
• Knowledge of AI, automation and digital technologies.
• Ideally Level 4 AI Automation Practitioner standard.
• Strong KSB assessment and feedback skills.
• Experience supporting learners towards EPA.
• Excellent organisation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend Sprint Workshops to understand learning delivered and needs.
• Provide structured follow-up coaching to apply learning in the workplace.
• Organise and deliver regular 1:1 coaching sessions.
• Provide cohort-level support between sessions to maintain momentum.
• Help learners connect learning to KSBs and employer projects.
• Identify learners needing additional support and take action.
