Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media and roleplays live conversations with an AI voice model. You will score exchanges, compare images/videos, and provide written explanations.

This is a remote, freelance opportunity with flexible scheduling and weekly payments. Payment is up to USD 15 per hour, with additional incentives; contracts are independent/1099, and you can work from the United Kingdom on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience for careful review.
• Able to think on your feet and explain reasoning clearly.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio mismatches.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific explanation in English.
