Outlier is seeking a freelance OpenClaw Agent Builder to shape autonomous agents for real-world use. This remote role offers up to $50 USD per hour and flexible weekly hours, with payment weekly via ACH/PayPal/AirTM.

Candidates should have strong backend engineering and AI automation experience, with a track record of building production-ready systems and delivering high-quality technical feedback.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation (distinct services for data parsing, logic processing, and reporting).
• Practical experience building for live, non-mocked environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
• Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to provide clear, high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
• Nice to have: multi-stage coordination tasks and integrating agents with live tools.
