You will help build and evaluate multi-step AI agents, writing rubrics, debugging traces, and stress-testing systems for real-world use.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in backend or AI-related work, can work with live environments, and can manage multi-turn interactions. International applicants from the UK are welcome.
