Outlier is seeking qualified freelance engineers to act as OpenClaw Agent Builders. This remote, project-based role offers hourly pay up to $50 USD with weekly payments and flexible schedules.

You will help design, test, and optimize autonomous agent workflows across live environments, contributing to actionable feedback and robust system behavior. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of backend/AI automation experience and a track record of building scalable, production-grade software.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation (e.g., distinct services for data parsing, logic processing, and reporting).
• Practical experience building for live, non-mocked environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
• Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to provide clear, high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
