Outlier is seeking OpenClaw Agent Builder contributors to shape autonomous agents remotely. This freelance role offers up to $50 USD/hour with weekly payments and flexible hours, across international locations.

You will join projects that train LLMs to design and coordinate multi-step agent workflows and integrate with live tools. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in backend engineering or AI automation, and a track record of building production-grade systems with modular architectures.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation (data parsing, logic processing, reporting).
• Experience building for live, non-mocked environments with multi-turn system interactions.
• Attention to detail and ability to provide high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
