Outlier is seeking contributors to help shape the future of autonomous agents like OpenClaw. This freelance role offers remote work with a pay rate of up to $50 USD per hour and weekly payments.

You will join a team that trains LLMs to function as proactive, multi-step agents, focusing on designing, coordinating, and optimizing complex workflows. Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience with backend engineering, AI automation, and live-system integration, plus the ability to deliver

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation (data parsing, logic processing, reporting).
• Experience building for live, non-mocked environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
• Excellent attention to detail with high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.

Responsabilidades

• Write Eval Rubrics for agent evaluation.
• Debug Agent Traces to diagnose issues.
• Stress Test Agent under varied conditions.
