You’ll design, debug, and improve agent orchestration for real-world workflows. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of backend experience, a track record of production-grade software, and the ability to manage multi-turn interactions with live tools and APIs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of backend engineering or similar experience.
• Proven ability to build production-grade software with modular separation.
• Experience building for live, non-mocked environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
• Attention to detail with ability to provide high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
