Base pay range

Job role: Fully remote Admin assistant

Working day: Monday to Friday

Working hours: 9am to 6pm

What You'll Do:

As an Admin Assistant, you will be the backbone of our operations! Your responsibilities will include:

  • Office Management: Ensure smooth daily operations by managing office supplies and equipment.
  • Communication Hub: Handle incoming calls and emails, providing excellent customer service to clients and team members.
  • Scheduling Wizard: organise meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for our busy executives.
  • Documentation Guru: Assist with data entry, filing, and document preparation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with various departments, providing administrative support to help us achieve our goals.
