In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to drive growth across clinical research sites in Europe, building substantial executive relationships and crafting strategic account plans. Your work will directly influence the adoption of innovative solutions that enhance site operations and contribute to faster delivery of therapies to patients. Accountabilities

• Develop and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities across European accounts
• Lead complex, multi-country sales cycles from qualification to close
• Drive new customer acquisition and ensure seamless handoff to Services and Customer Success teams
• Build strong relationships with decision-makers at leading research sites and site networks
• Serve as a strategic advisor to customers, understanding operational challenges and aligning solutions to drive measurable outcomes
• Partner with Strategy and Product teams to share market insights and influence product roadmap direction
• Represent the needs, nuances, and feedback of European sites within internal planning and GTM discussions
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to support account strategies, proposal development, and deal execution

Requirements

• 8+ years of enterprise or complex sales experience within clinical research, life sciences technology, or healthcare SaaS
• Direct experience working with clinical research sites or selling technology/services directly to sites
• Strong knowledge of the European clinical research market and key regional differences
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets across complex, multi-stakeholder deals
• Demonstrated success in consultative, value-based selling to executive-level stakeholders
• Experience leading cross-functional teams throughout the sales cycle
