Qualifications

• At least 7+ years of experience in the travel industry and working closely with hotels.
• Ability to effectively manage workload in a fast-paced atmosphere relying on extensive experience and judgment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service and client relationship skills.
• Bi-lingual in English / Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the direction of existing API accounts, maximizing relationships.
• Conduct hotel site inspections and negotiations.
• Manage crew member feedback and ensure accurate hotel database.
• Lead client communications and foster strong partnerships.
