Job summary

A leading online learning platform is seeking independent contractor tutors to provide personalized ESL lessons for K-12 students based in Singapore and Hong Kong. You will enjoy a flexible schedule, conducting 50-minute lessons and preparing appropriate materials. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, experience with K-12 standards, and the passion to help students learn. This position requires a commitment of a minimum of 20 hours weekly, with competitive pay rates and additional incentives for performance.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience teaching grades K-12 in ELA.
• Teaching qualification preferred but not required.
• Able to commit to a minimum of 6 months with Cosmo 1:1.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized 1 on 1 instruction for students.
• Prepare appropriate lesson materials for the student's age and ability.
• Submit Class Feedback after each lesson.
