James Leighton Financial Services Ltd is hiring a Mortgage Adviser to join the Remortgage Team in a hybrid Nottingham setting. Pre-booked client appointments, dedicated case management, and a clear path to leadership await the successful candidate.

You will handle remortgage and product transfer cases, maintain high submission rates, and benefit from uncapped commissions, a strong support network, and progression opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• CeMAP or equivalent qualification required.
• Experience in remortgages/product transfers.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to achieve two applications per day.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remortgage/advice and manage cases.
• Refer protection/home insurance to specialists.
• Deliver exceptional client outcomes.
• Achieve submission targets and maintain high quality work.
