Job summary

The Erith Group is seeking an experienced and dedicated Remediation Site Manager to join our site-based team. You will oversee day-to-day site operations, manage complex ground remediation schemes, and deliver associated minor civil engineering works to the highest industry standards.

Working closely with a supportive team, you will ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in line with strict environmental and quality guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in remediation and minor civil works is desired.
• Experience working on regulated sites is beneficial but not essential.
• Willingness to work nationally across various sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site operations and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
• Manage procurement of materials and subcontractors.
• Ensure full compliance with safety, health, and environmental (SHE) protocols.
• Liaise closely with Project Managers, Supervisors, and Contracts Managers.
• Maintain accurate site logs and records.
• Ensure all SHE documentation and permitry is in place and up to date.
• Manage site resources including labour, plant, and materials.
• Coordinate inspections and quality checks.
• Support client and stakeholder communication as required.
