• Carrying out the full range of plumbing services on a mixed range of sites.
• Finding faults on site, diagnosing the problems and dealing with appropriately.
• Ensuring all works are being carried out in line with relevant Health and Safety legislations.
• Signing off and completing checks relating to all plumbing works.
• Undertaking legionella risk assessments on a mixed range of sites.
• Liaising with clients and maintaining a good working relationship.
• Providing clients with detailed reports using information from site.

Profile

Our client is a multidiscipline environmental consultancy; they are looking to take on a qualified and experienced Remedial Plumber / Legionella Risk Assessor based in and around the Birmingham area. The ideal candidate will hold the City and Guilds / NVQ L2/L3 in plumbing and will have extensive experience undertaking plumbing duties on a mixed range of site. Ideally the candidate will also hold experience in Legionella Risk Assessing. However, the client is happy to offer training and risk assessing qualifications, to candidates with strong remedial experience.

Experience & Qualifications

• Will hold the NVQ / City and Guilds L2 / L3 plumbing qualification.
• Ideally hold the City and Guilds / WMSoc Risk Assessor qualification.
• Will have extensive experience working within the Water Hygiene / Water Treatment industry.
• Will have extensive plumbing experience.
• Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
