Job summary

Water Maintenance and Installation Consultancy is seeking a Remedial Plumber to cover Kent and London on commercial contracts. The role involves maintenance and installation work across offices, healthcare, retail, and public sector buildings, with a varied workload.

To apply, candidates will have 4+ years post-qualification experience and a Level 2 NVQ in plumbing. A full driving licence and Enhanced DBS are required. A van, benefits, overtime and training opportunities are provided.

Responsibilities

• Cover remedial plumbing maintenance on commercial sites in Kent and London.
• Carry out pipework modification and installs.
• Perform leak detection and tank installs/cleans.
• Install and service TMV units.
• Ensure PPM legionella compliance.
• Progress to increased responsibilities including client management.

£35000-£40000 + Van + Benefits

Water Maintenance and Installation Consultancy are actively looking for a Remedial Plumber to join the team and cover commercial contracts in the Kent and London area. Typical sites will include offices, health care, retail and public sector buildings and the position will offer a variety of work to maintain constant work interest.

To apply for the Remedial Plumber position, successful applicants will require the following:

• 4+ years post qualification experience and hold a Level 2 NVQ in plumbing as a minimum


• Be experienced in maintenance and plumbing install/upgrades including


• Pipework modification and install


• Leak detection


• Tank installs and cleans


• TMV install & servicing


• PPM legionella compliance


• Be keen to progress through the business taking on more responsibility including when needed client management


• Full driving license


• DBS Checked (Enhanced)
