Job Title: Remedial Plumber

Covering Industrial and Commercial contracts across the Home Counties / South East region, you will be carrying out various plumbing duties in line with HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines and client requirements. Experience & Qualifications

• Hold an industry recognised qualification e.g. City and Guilds / NVQ L2 or higher in Plumbing.
• Ideally have experience working hands on as a remedial plumber for a reputable Water Hygiene / Legionella Management company.
• Well versed in HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
• Excellent communication and IT skills.

The Role

• Attending Commercial and Industrial sites.
• Undertaking dead leg removals.
• Installing, correctly altering, and removing pipework when required (Copper & PVC).
• CWST refurbishment and installs.
• Carrying out checks on plumbing work and signing off upon completion.
• Undertaking mains injections.
• Installing cylinders when required.
• TMV installs, replacement & servicing.
• Updating onsite logbooks when required.
• Ensuring all work is carried out in line with HSG 247 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
• Liaising with clients, providing excellent support and technical advice when required.
