£36,000-£44,000 + Van + Benefits

A growing Building Services Consultancy is looking to strengthen its South‑East team by recruiting an experienced Remedial Plumber to support a portfolio of high‑profile commercial clients across London and Essex. Additional sites may include retail developments, high‑rise properties, and healthcare facilities.

Experience Summary

• Over 4+ years of experience operating as a remedial plumber or commercial plumber, delivering planned maintenance, reactive and modifications/upgrades
• Possess industry‑recognised credentials, including a Level 2 Plumbing qualification.
• Full UK driving licence holder (Manual or Automatic)
• Willing and available to take on overtime when necessary
• Familiarity with water hygiene responsibilities is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out remedial plumbing tasks on commercial sites, including the removal of deadlegs, installation of sampling points, pipe modifications and maintenance duties.
• Keeping site documentation up to date in accordance with project schedules and health and safety requirements.
• Performing selected water hygiene duties such as mains system disinfections, TMV servicing, and routine sampling.
• Providing clients with guidance and recommendations for any additional work required.
