A leading housing management company is seeking a Relocation Co-ordinator in Basingstoke. The role involves supporting managers and delivering high-quality relocation services for key worker accommodation. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. The position offers an annual salary of up to £26,000 along with various benefits including 25 days annual leave and staff perks.

Mears Housing Management in Basingstoke are currently looking to recruit a Relocation Co-ordinator, this exciting Contract is to support managers and teams helping to deliver their Key Worker Accommodation service by providing some office management services.
As a Relocation Co-ordinator, you will support managers and deliver specified functions at various stages of the process. You will work across these various stages of occupancy and will be trained to work on any part of the process from beginning to end.
Reporting to the Team Leader this position is responsible for providing a seamless, high quality and well-coordinated relocation service to give the best possible first impression to our users and the client, including negotiating preferred tenancy terms and ensuring conditions of offer are met, managing demanding customers and competing priorities and always demonstrating professionalism and diplomacy.
As part of the recruitment process for this role, we will carry out a Background, Identity, Security clearance & BPSS check. For these checks to be completed, we will require from you the relevant identification, including Proof of Address, References, a valid passport and proof that you have lived in the UK for the last 5 years.
All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK, Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
