Religious Education Teacher – Berkshire

£160 to £240 per day – January start – Temporary (Jan‑July 2026)

Are you a qualified Religious Education Teacher with a passion for exploring ethics, philosophy, culture, and belief systems with young people? Can you deliver engaging RE lessons across KS3 to KS5 and support students in developing critical thinking, empathy, and a deeper understanding of diverse perspectives? Religious Education Teacher – The Role

This secondary school is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Religious Education Teacher to join their Humanities department. The successful candidate will teach RE across Key Stages 3‑5, delivering a rich and stimulating curriculum that encourages discussion, respect, and curiosity. You will inspire students of all abilities and contribute to the wider school community.

This is a full‑time temporary position from January 2026 to July 2026, paid at a daily rate of £160 to £240, depending on experience.

Religious Education Teacher – The School

This is a large mixed secondary school and Sixth Form in Berkshire, educating approximately 1,700 students aged 11‑18.
