RE Teacher Requirements

Essential:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching Religious Education at secondary level.
• A strong interest in education and student development.
• A clear or obtainable DBS check.

Desirable:

• Experience supporting students with SEN or additional needs.
• Strong subject knowledge in philosophy, ethics, and world religions.
• Ability to contribute to wider school life and extracurricular activities.
