Job summary

Mencap in Swanwick, Derbyshire is seeking Relief Support Workers to join our team. As a Relief Support Worker, you’ll help individuals with learning disabilities with daily activities and provide emotional support to enhance their wellbeing.

We welcome applicants with a genuine passion for helping others, strong communication, and flexibility to cover varied shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays. An enhanced DBS check and suitable references are required, and training is provided.

As a Relief Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. You will be working with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs.

From assisting with daily activities to providing emotional support, you’ll play a vital role in their life.
