Job summary

Creative Support is seeking resourceful Relief Support Workers to join our friendly team in Fazakerley, Liverpool. You will provide person-centred care to adults on the autism spectrum in our learning disabilities and complex needs supported living service, supporting them in everyday life and activities.

You must be able to follow guidelines, work within a positive behaviour support framework, and be willing to help with personal care, domestic tasks and community activities.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 12 months’ experience is essential for all Relief roles.
• Experience supporting adults on the autism spectrum.
• Ability to follow guidance and work within a Positive Behaviour Support framework.
• Willingness to assist with personal care and domestic tasks and to promote community participation.

Responsibilities
